1. Multiple password errors. Sometimes we forget the password of the fingerprint lock, and we have guessed several passwords that are not correct. Once the password of the fingerprint lock is continuously incorrect, the fingerprint lock will be automatically locked for five minutes, even if the correct password is entered within these five minutes. Or fingerprints can't open the door unless a mechanical key is used. Users can only wait five minutes before they can use it again

2. Fingerprint recognition cannot unlock. In this case, you can try to record the fingerprint again to see if it can pass the verification. If the added fingerprint cannot open the door, the fingerprint lock sensor should be faulty. It is necessary to contact the after-sales service, because the fingerprint sensor is broken and cannot be repaired.

3. The fingerprint lock motor is damaged. After the fingerprint lock is verified, there will be a motor sound, either pressing the handle to open the door or pushing and pulling the handle to open the door. If the door can't be opened, the motor should be damaged. At this time, the user needs to contact the after-sales service for on-site maintenance.

4. The password cannot be changed/deleted. First, determine whether your fingerprint authority is administrator authority. Only administrator authority can modify or delete the password.

5. The fingerprint verification is successful but the door cannot be opened. This may be a problem with the fingerprint module or the fingerprint lock clutch. If the verification is successful, listen carefully for the sound of clicking and turning. If there is a sound, the square shaft of the outer shield may fall off. If there is no sound, it may be a problem with the circuit board, and you need to call the after-sales service to deal with it.
